Well it was a Fab Tab U Lous birthday weekend at the Stitch house. First A special birthday hello to all my birthday buddies. Ripley, Avery and Harper! Hope you had fabulous second, first and second birthday. I’m totally winning in the oldest department. Yay Me!

My Harry Potter birthday party was a smashing success, but that is a post in itself. Pixie Potter was there, always a treat and Lady J showed with her pregnant belly. She brought my 2006 Round Robin (we’re a bit behind) top for me to see. I LOVE IT.

While I was watching Harry Potter and gorging myself on Bertie Botts Every flavored beans, and polyjuice potion, Zoot was running her first Marathon. Now for the rest of her life she can say she has done a marathon. So could I…but it would be a lie.

I actually won something. DW emailed me to let me know what I had already learned, that we both had won a prize in Note from the Trenches contest for those who had donated (or maybe it was for mentioning?) to Heather’s fund. Click the flower on my sidebar to see how much money has been raised today. Sometimes I’m so proud of the human race, and the blogosphere in general. You all rock.

My family of course spoiled me by giving me exactly what I wanted this weekend. Some time to do nothing, some time away from my kids and some time with just my husband. It was a good weekend.

oh. And a new computer! The Man collected money from family and friends and now I’m the proud owner…of a computer that works and has all its parts…its amazing! Thanks Tenderoni, Legolas, Legolas’s house slave, Mel, Husband, Janelle and all!!!!
