Running Log
I was able to get out and walk everyday but Thursday this week, however because of the boy’s fevers I didn’t make it to Physical Therapy. I now have hip pain on the other side….but more soreness than the sharp pain I initially presented to the doctors with.

While I’m not doing a lot of running (or any) Miss Zoot is currently training for the Disney half marathon. She is raising money for Leukemia through team in training. In honor of her dad.

Zoot is one of those bloggers that make you feel like you are her best friend. Her blog presence is friendly, helpful and self deprecating. She constantly seems amazed at her following but as I’ve always said before the bloggers who seem to have the biggest followings are those whose online personal mimics there RL persona. And Zoot’s? does. She is just as friendly and helpful in person as she seems on her blog. And her wackiness is a comfort to all of us who suffer from the same insecurities and bouts with wackiness. In other news that includes not losing power today (Welcome to November at the Burrow-where we are guaranteed to lose power at least once a week, also the phones should be going out soon too! yippers! ) I used to be big fan of power outages. Sitting by the fire, reading (during the day) playing cards or board games. But now I have small children, whom I have not yet convinced that they love Go Fish.

“I don’t fink so mama.” And who can’t read, or count. Or focus on anything for more than ten minutes at a time. So Power outage, especially at night are not as much fun any more. Someday….though? Boardgames!

Anywho, my point, I think…is that I put the finishing touches on Murray Thursday, and of course, I wanted him for myself. But if you love them, set them free or tie them to a chair, I’m never really sure about that.

But my point! The point is that the sun! Has not shown its face round here all week. Wet, Wet, wet, power outage wet! So we have some very bad photos of Murray the bag….

But there he is in, in all his done..ness. He is a lovely tote size, just big enough for a few books, and a dinosaur. Of course. Also see one inside pocket for cell phonage or wallet. Or chocolate. Whichever.
